When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and
now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

This is a setting you will need to change in the reader on the wordpress site. Sign in to your account which should bring you to the reader now select blogs I follow find this blog and deselct the tick boxes for receiving new comments. If you are finding it difficult to locate the reader go to your dashboard then click on blogs I follow, there should be a link to the reader, then follow the rest of the above instructions. Unfortunately this is not something I can change for you. Let me know if you cannot change this.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and
